What to Do:

1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Add oil to a 12-inch forged iron or non-stick oven-safe skillet over medium-high warmth. Add bacon items, shallots, and garlic to the pan. Saute for 3 – 4 minutes. Add arugula and stir in grape tomatoes.

2. In a separate dish, whisk the eggs collectively including the half-and-half. Add in salt and pepper.

3. Pour the eggs over the arugula and tomato combination. Distribute 4 ounces of goat cheese on prime. Enable the eggs to set. Use a spatula to barely increase the eggs off the underside of the skillet.

4. As soon as the frittata has had time to set, switch it to the oven and bake for 10 – 12 minutes till the highest is deep golden brown.

5. Take away the frittata from the oven and let it stand for five minutes.

6. Prime with arugula, a tomato slice, bacon crumble and goat cheese earlier than serving.
