My current Substack publish explains what Identification Assurance Stage 3 (IAL3) is, and re-examines my doubts concerning the effectiveness of so-called “voter ID” legal guidelines. As a result of if voter ID proponents REALLY needed to ensure that voters are eligible, they must do a LOT extra. Safety theater will not be safety. However what’s the price of true safety?
