From Legislation&Crime:
“In response to an arrest report reviewed by Legislation&Crime, [James Anthony] Morris [Jr.] was mopping the ground of the Subway store when a 10-year-old woman walked throughout the world he had simply cleaned. The woman’s mom advised her to apologize to Morris, who then allegedly grabbed the woman by the hand and introduced her to the again of the restaurant.
“He then allegedly locked the woman in a room, and the mom started to ‘panic.’…
“After [Jacksonville FL] police learn Morris his rights, he invoked his proper to stay silent and “refused” to make an announcement. He posted $5,000 bond after being booked into jail on one cost of false imprisonment of a kid below the age of 13.”
I feel one Jacksonville Subway franchise goes to be in actual hassle…particularly if Morris himself owns the franchise.
